Step 1 – Ground
Follow the light down through the body like tree roots into the earth.
Draw energy back up.

    Step 2 – Overflow
    Allow light to flow down like a waterfall from above, through the top of the head, through the throat, and into the heart, filling it like a cup until it overflows.

    Step 3 – Open
    Cultivate unconditional love.

    Step 4 – Intend
    Feel what you want to bring into your world.

    Step 5 – Project (Create the Field)
    Allow the energy to flow from the heart down the right arm and form a ball or field of energy around 3 to 4 ft in front of you, like your vision board in energetic form.

    Step 6 – Send
    Let that energy connect to the people, places, and situations required to bring it into reality.

    Step 7 – Receive
    Draw it back into the heart through the left arm.

    Step 8 – Ground Again
    Anchor the energy back into the earth.

    Step 9 – Heart Activation Screen
    Heart stays open.
    Love flows both ways.
    External noise is filtered out.
    You remain connected to your guidance, unaffected by the external environment.


    Detailed Process- 6-Minute Meditation for Manifestation

    Step 1 – Ground

    Follow white light down through the body – head → throat → heart → torso → legs → feet.
    See it moving like tree roots deep into the earth, anchoring at the centre.
    Draw energy back up through the earth, through the body, and out the top of the head.
    Repeat this flow to establish connection.

    You can do this sitting or standing, though it is often easier to feel and connect when standing.

    Step 2 – Overflow

    Allow light to flow down like a waterfall from above, through the top of the head, through the throat, and into the heart.
    Let it fill the heart like a cup, building steadily until it begins to overflow, like a waterfall pouring from within.

    If trained in IET, use thumb–middle finger activation to support the flow.


    Step 3 – Open

    First, focus on someone you feel unconditional love for — a person, a pet, a child, or a mentor.
    Then bring to mind something you feel genuine gratitude for.

    Allow both of these feelings to build and expand through the heart.


    Step 4 – Intend

    Be clear on what you want to bring into your world, in a way that also contributes beyond yourself.

    Now shift from thinking to feeling.
    Cultivate the emotional state this would create, the same way you generated unconditional love.

    Let that feeling build and expand in the heart.


    Step 5 – Project (Create the Field)

    From the heart, allow the right shoulder to open.
    Let the energy flow naturally down the right arm, through the forearm, and out through the right hand.

    Allow it to flow out in front of you, forming a ball or field of energy – like your vision board in energetic form.

    Let it build into a sphere of unconditional love (white or golden).


    Step 6 – Send

    Allow that field to connect to the people, places, situations, synchronicities, and resources required.

    There is nothing to force – just let it move and organise naturally.


    Step 7 – Receive

    As the energy builds, allow it to flow back toward you.

    Receive it through the left hand, letting the left forearm and arm open, and the left shoulder soften.
    Allow it to flow back into the heart and expand through the body.


    Step 8 – Ground Again

    Repeat the grounding process.
    Follow the light back down through the body like roots into the earth.
    Anchor it fully.


    Step 9 – Heart Activation Screen

    Left hand on heart, right hand out if trained, or visualise.

    Create a screen around the heart like a filter.
    Love and light move both ways.

    External noise is filtered out – including other people’s stories, expectations, and any narrative that isn’t serving you.

    You remain connected to your own guidance, regardless of the external environment.
