Join us for our first community fasting event, starting at 12pm on Wednesday, June 12th, and finishing with our in-clinic Break-Fast Event at 12pm on Saturday, June 15th.

Choose when you’d like to begin your fast (there are three options to join, see below), and at the end of our fasting event, we’ll gather at our clinic for a Break-Fast celebration to recognise everyone’s achievements and reconnect with our amazing, like-minded community.

We’ll provide some of the best foods and drinks for breaking your fast.

FASTING OPTIONS:

You can join our fasting event at three points.

1. 15-hours (BASIC), starting on Friday, 14th June at 9pm
2. 48-hours (INTERMEDIATE), starting on Thursday, 13th June at 12pm
3. 72-hours (ADVANCED), starting on Wednesday, 12th June at 12pm
